Important Dates
- September 23: Commencement of mailing of Mail-in ballots for the General Election.
- October 17: Last day to register to vote for the General Election.
- October 31: Last day to apply for a Mail-in Ballot application
- October 28 - November 5: Early voting period for early In-Person Voting.
- November 7, 2023 - General Election
- Polls open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- In-person Mail-in ballots must be returned to the Board of Elections or deposited in an Official Ballot Drop Box by 8 p.m.
- Mail-in ballots sent by United States Postal Service must be postmarked on or before Tuesday, November 7th, and received by Monday, November 13th.

Early Voting
- All registered voters in Morris County are eligible to vote early.
- To vote early no extra steps are needed. Just show up at any Morris County early polling location during early voting period.
- Early voting for the 2023 General Election will take place on Saturday October 28 through Sunday November 5.
